It is possible if your pearntr has a contagious infection in their mouth or if they have one south of the boarder you could get it in your mouth while you give them oral sex. For example if your pearntr happens to have oral herpes (what causes cold sores on the mouth and very common to have) he could pass them to you if he gave you oral sex while he has an out break of cold sore. Oral sex isn't always safer sex, you can get any std by having oral sex that you can get from regular intercourse. If you are going to have oral sex then talk to your pearntr about using condoms, even for oral sex. You never know if some one is 100 percent clean until they are tested, stds can affect fit and healthy people too.
